Model photography
Because my main focus is on model photography I would like
to tell you a little how I work.
Will I do TF*?
I am happy to work on a TF* basis provided it would add
value to both our portfolios , mine as well as yours. It
should be considered a collaboration so it would an idea if
we could discuss beforehand what images we could produce
together.
Otherwise, a small fee would be appreciated which will be
agreed upon prior to the shoot. This starts from € 50,=
(depending on the location and travel distance) to cover the
costs and amount of work it takes.
So what
can you expect from me ?
A fun shoot for a couple of hours! Whether TF* or not, the
shoot itself will be similar. After the shoot, I will then
select the best photos, which I will go ahead and
edit/retouch.
TF*
shoot:
You will receive 3 retouched photos for free both in
web-size and full-res. Web-size will be in 600x900 (72 dpi)
which you could use for your sites such as your own website,
modelling sites, Facebook etc. Full-res will be in
larger-sized reproducible format (A4, 300 dpi), which you
can print for your portfolio. In both cases, the photos will
be watermarked with my name and website for copyright
purposes. I regret, though, that I will not be able to print
them.
The photos will be will be uploaded online through “Dropbox”.
A secure link will be provided to you, where you can view
and download your photos for one week. If you do not have
“Dropbox” in your computer, you can install this software
for free (www.dropbox.com). Once done, you can easily
uninstall this software if not planning to use it again.
Paid
shoot:
Included in the fees are 5 retouched photos both in
web-size and full-res. Web-size will be in 600x900 (72 dpi)
which you could use for your sites such as your own website,
modelling sites, Facebook etc. Full-res will be in
larger-sized reproducible format (A4, 300 dpi), which you
can print for your portfolio. In both cases, the photos will
be watermarked with my name and website for copyright
purposes. I regret, though, that I will not be able to print
them.
Now for
the technical part:
I work with my Canon 5D Mark II with either a 24-105 L F4
lens or a 70-200 L 2.8 II lens. I also have a Lastolite
mobile studio with me with 2x 400Ws lamps.
Lastly
please note:
- Shoots are always on location, not in a studio.
- I have a mobile studio set with me, along with a portable
battery kit for added flexibility.
- MUA is not included in both TF* and paid shoots but you’re
welcome to arrange one yourself.
- You can always bring somebody (chaperone, friend or
partner) with you to a shoot, but please let me know in
advance.
